In order to map accounts and import data you'll need to first set up Profiles
In the Select Profile dropdown select Create Profile
In the Group, the Profile Type, and set your profile name then press Add Profile
Once the profiles is added a sheet will be data to display the results of mappings labelled IDT- followed by the profile name
The profile will also be available in the Select Profile drop down
Select the profile to enable the functions for the toolbar.
