To begin first select the profile you will be working with.
Once selected the Data Import button will become available.
Pressing the Data Import button will bring up the form.
Star by selecting the Month and Year Then press the Select File Button
When you press the select file button you can select the file you want to import then press open.
*Once the file is selected the next set of controls become available*
In the Select Worksheet dropdown select the sheet name that you are importing.
Then select the row that contains the header row. In this sample file it is row 1.
Once the header row is selected the next step of controls will populate.
In this selection select the Header name that matches with the data set.
Account is the Account Numbers.
Description is the Account Names.
Net Change contains the dollar values for the account.
Setting the Is Shared value to yes make the dataset work will the other profiles in the workbook. So a single dataset get applied to multiple profiles for calculations.
In this example we will set this to No
Once your values are complete press the import button.
You will be prompted to confirm your selections. If they are correct press Yes.
When you press Yes the dataset will get imported and the month will be calculated.
A progress bar will display the status of this action.
Once the process is complete and messagebox will display.
If there are mappings available in the file then the profiles worksheet will be update with those values.
If there are no mappings then the profile sheet will be blank until mappings have been added.
