In some instances the toolbar can be installed but not appear in excel.
The following scenarios cover the steps to take to troubleshoot and get the toolbar to reappear.
Is The Addin Disabled?
If you have received the following error and pressed Yes then excel has disabled the addin
To Enabled it go to
File -> Options
Select Disabled Items from the Manage list:
The press go and if its disabled it’ll show up the list and you can click then enable it.
